City of <br /> Elk <br /> River <br /> Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> adoption: <br /> Resolution 15- <br /> A Resolution of the City of Elk River Acknowledging Contributions <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and <br /> individuals for their contributions to the community; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received a$100.00 donation from Eric Toth with the <br /> intent it be used by Parks and Recreation Department for improvements to the William H. <br /> Houlton Conservation Area. . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council,by at least four-fifths <br /> vote, to acknowledge the support and commend Eric Toth for his donation. <br /> The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof- <br /> and the following against: ,whereupon said <br /> resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> The following members were present: <br /> and the following absent: <br /> Passed and adopted this 3rd day of August 2015. <br /> John J.
