Duitsman, Mayor, hereby request a special meeting of the Elk <br />River City Council on Monday, September 9, 1996, at 5:30 p.m., to be held at <br />the Elk River City Hall - 13065 0reno Parkway. <br /> <br />The purpose of the special meeting is to interview apphcants for the Park <br />and Recreation Commission and Planning Commission from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. <br />The Council will recess at 6:00 and reconvene at approximately 6:30, <br />following the EDA Meeting to hold an assessment hearing for the Riverview <br />Heights Area overlay improvement. <br /> <br /> In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this <br /> notice at least three days prior to the meeting date. I further request the city <br /> clerk to notify each member of the City Council of this special meeting, in <br /> writing, at least one day before the meeting. <br /> <br />f/f-/enr~ A.
