City Council Minutes <br />June 15, 2015 <br />■ Member of the Country Crossing Townhome board of directors. <br />■ Stuff envelopes for Elk River Municipal Utilities. <br />• Fundraising at Handke and Lincoln school. <br />• Managed gift shop and assisted in kitchen at Guardian Angels. <br />■ Assisted with parish festival at St. Andrew's Catholic Church. <br />• Served as an election judge. <br />■ Gave golf lessons to children at Pinewood Golf Course. <br />■ Served as a volunteer at the Elk River Library. <br />• Volunteered at the county fair for the Sherburne County Historical Society. <br />Ms. Sentryz thanked everyone for their support. <br />Page 3 <br />7.1 2014 National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Annual Report <br />Mr. Wisner presented the staff report. <br />Mayor Dietz opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak to this issue, <br />Mayor Dietz closed the public hearing. <br />7.2 Resolution: Final Plat by Bodnar Builders, LLC for Heritage Park <br />Mr. Leeseberg presented the staff report. <br />Mayor Dietz opened the public hearing. <br />Jean Wendell, 13355 180 1/2 Circle - Questioned if the units will be rentals and <br />further stated she is opposed to the plat. <br />Mr. Leeseberg stated they will be single-family homes but he doesn't know if they <br />will be rented. <br />Mayor Dietz closed the public hearing. <br />Councilmember Westgaard stated it would be difficult to not support this application <br />because it meets the city's zoning and land use regulations. <br />Moved by Councilmember Westgaard and seconded by Councilmember <br />Wagner to adopt resolution 15-31 granting final plat for Heritage Park, Case <br />No. P 15-03 with the following conditions: <br />1. A Developers Agreement be prepared and executed outlining the terms <br />and conditions of the plat approval prior to releasing the plat for <br />recording. <br />2. Surface Water Management Fee shall be paid in the amount required by <br />the city at the time of final plat prior to releasing the plat for recording <br />(currently $220/ residential lot). <br />PAffAEA AY <br />I&NATURE <br />
