These two land parcels will <br />be combined by the City of Elk River. We are requesting a Zone Change so that both land parcels will <br />Zoned B -3 and allow the lot combination. A single user of the 2 different Zoned land parcels has <br />warranted the Zone change. It is our belief the type of building and end user is consistent in the Elk <br />River comprehensive plan for this development. We feel a 105,000 sf manufacturing facility will fit in <br />nicely with the surrounding properties and compliment the 100,000 sf manufacturing already in the <br />Natures Edge Business Center.
