Applicant is responsible for contacting Fire Marshal Cliff <br />Anderson at 763.635.1110 to arrange for an inspection. <br /> <br />2.Applicant must contact Police Captain Darren McKernan (763.635.1202) at least three weeks <br />prior to the event to arrange for police services. <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br /> <br />Elk River Municipal Utilities (ERMU) is requesting a special event permit for Thursday, August 27, 2015, <br />th <br />to celebrate their 100 Anniversary.
