MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />*Item 3.13* <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />Mayor and City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Phil Hals <br /> <br />DATE: June 7, 2004 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Accept Resignation from Alan Pudlick and Authorize the <br /> Advertisement for Replacement <br /> <br />I request Council permission to advertise for two part-time building cleaners. One to fill <br />the opening on our cleaning staff that was not filled with our hiring process in April and <br />one to replace Al Pudlick, who resigned from his job as part-time custodian on May 28, <br />2004. It is my hope to have two more cleaners on staff by June 5, 2004. I will update <br />the Council on the progress of the hiring process. <br /> <br />Action Requested <br />Council to authorize staff to advertise and interview candidates for part-time building <br />cleaner positions. <br /> <br />PH:dl <br /> <br /> <br />
