RESOLUTION 04- <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE MAXIMUM HOUSEHOLD INCOME <br />LEVEL FOR QUALIFICATION FOR DEFERRAL OF SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENTS BASED ON HARDSHIP <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Section 62- I, Deferral of Special Assessments, of the Code of <br />Ordinances for the City of Elk River, Minnesota, states that the Council <br />shall annually approve, by resolution, a maximum household income <br />level in order to qualify for deferral; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has determined that the maximum household income <br />allowable in order to qualify for deferral of special assessments based <br />on hardship, assuming that the other qualifications are also met, is as <br />follows for 2004: <br /> <br />Household Size <br /> <br />Maximum Annual Gross Income <br /> <br />I $18,885 <br />2 $24,696 <br />3 $30,507 <br />4 $36,318 <br />5 $42,128 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Elk <br />River, Minnesota, that in order to qualify for deferral of assessments based on hardship <br />in 2004, the above household income requirements must be met. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota, this 7th day <br />of June, 2004. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Stephanie Klinzing, Mayor <br /> <br />Joan M.
