CITY OF ELK RIVER C ty o+ CALL A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ELK RIVER PLANNING Elk COMMISSION FOR TUESDAY,JULY 14, 2015 River Elk River City Hall July 14,2015—6:30 p.m. 13065 Orono Parkway Elk River MN 55330 I,Eric Johnson,Planning Commission Chair,hereby call a special meeting of the Elk River Planning Commission on Tuesday,July 14,2015,at 6:30 p.m.,Elk River City Hall, 13065 Orono Parkway,Elk River,Minnesota. The purpose of the meeting is to review and take action on the following applications: 1) Ordinance Amendments to Chapter 30 of the City of Elk River Elk River Land Use Regulations to add a new commercial Recreational/mixed use zoning district and definitions,Case No. OA 15-04. 2) (and Use Amendment to change Land Use of described property to new land use, Case No. I.0 15-03 3) Zone Change application to change the zoning of described property from CRT (Commercial Reserve Transition) to new zoning district,Case No. ZC 15-06 4) Conditional Use Permit new mixed use/recreational use,Case No. CU 15-10. In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least three days prior to the scheduled meeting date.
