ERX. This would be a HUGE opportunity which would draw thousands of <br />people to the Elk River area. The dirt track would be built on ERX <br />property and the expansion would require limited initial infrastructure <br />investment. <br />Other possible future uses of the ERX properties include: <br />• Water Park —ERX is considering a possible water park where a <br />mechanical tow device tows water skiers and wake boarders. <br />• Training and Development— Consistent with their charter, ERX <br />intends to continue hosting additional training, testing and <br />development events designed to equip emerging athletes with the <br />skills necessary to compete on a national level. <br />• Festivals, swap meets and concerts —With continued growth will <br />come opportunities for ERX to host powersports swap meets, and <br />even possible festivals or music events /concerts. <br />o OEM Testing /validation —Major OEMs such as Polaris, Arctic Cat, <br />Yamaha and John Deere have recognized that the unique atmosphere <br />and facilities at ERX are ideal for their OEM testing /validation efforts. <br />These opportunities will continue to emerge with additional <br />investment /expansion. The economic impact of companies of this <br />size /stature coming to Elk River is significant. <br />Hours of Use <br />ERX will be open from lam to 7pm daily, and lam to lam on event days <br />Building /Property Standards <br />All future buildings constructed on ERX or connected properties will comply with <br />the ERX Building Standards Code. Building design will be consistent with existing <br />ERX facilities and landscaping will be reflective of the ERX approach to excellence <br />which has been utilized since the business opened. <br />All garbage generated from events will be cleaned up and removed within five days <br />of the event <br />Over -night camping <br />Over -night camping in RVs will be allowed during events and test sessions. <br />
