BKBM EXPERIENCE Covington at Norman Pointe Bloomington,Minnesota BKBM provided civil and structural engineering for a six-story multi-family residential building with five-stories of wood framing on one-story of precast concrete and masonry Mr.Steve Dunbar located on an approximately 8.4 acres. We also utilized some steel framing where it was necessary to transfer loads at the lower levels. All structure was above grade due to poor soil conditions,which also required driven pile foundations. BKBM also Herzl Camp provided footing designs for some additional existing buildings that were moved and repair 7204 West 27th Street,Suite 226 of an existing deck. Civil design consisted of master planning of 13.5 acres of new trails, St.Louis Park,MN 55426 buildings,beach front and shoreline deck. Services also included routing of new water supply lines,well locations and new sanitary sewer and septic systems.
