Ms. Hein has submitted <br /> all the necessary application materials and has successfully completed a kennel inspection by the Police <br /> Department. Kennels are inspected annually prior to renewal of the license to ensure the applicant is <br /> meeting the requirement of the ordinance pertaining to private kennels. <br /> A Conditional Use Permit is not required for this license because the property is at least five buildable <br /> acres in the Rla zoning district.
