Whitetail Ridge <br />is a 39 acre clustered subdivision. The subdivision includes 18 single family lots, <br />21 acres of open space and a community septic system. Polk Street will be <br />extended through the site from the current cul de sac at the south end of the <br />project to 203rd Avenue on the north at the north end of the site. The Council <br />granted preliminary plat approval for this project on April 17, 2000. <br /> <br />The lots range in size from .64 acres to 1 acre.
