The <br />parcel is located north of the proposed Wal-Mart site and is bound by County Road <br />13, County Road 12, and the future (Tyler Street) road right of way. The site is <br />presently wooded and rolling; generally sloping towards the southeast end of the <br />site towards a small existing wetland.
