The attached <br /> letter from Bryan Adams, Municipal Utilities Manager,indicates that Jackson Ave.,north of <br /> Hwy 10, contains large water mains and a major overhead electrical feeder and that will <br /> satisfy the concept option, however Mr. Adams suggests enhancements be made if <br /> redevelopment in the area occurs. <br /> Requested Action <br /> Staff requests the HRA's direction for desired next steps, such as one or more of the <br /> • following options: <br />
