GMHF serves as a housing intermediary,providing important funding, <br /> as well as bringing people, money and expertise together to support the development of <br /> III affordable housing in greater Minnesota's communities. To date, the organization has <br /> provided over $62 million to support the development of over 5,500 affordable housing <br /> units worth almost $606 million in greater Minnesota. <br />
