April 23rd, 2015 <br /> Narrative for Proposed Plat of HERITAGE PARK <br /> The subject property, Parcel No. 75-005-2110, is currently an un-platted, metes and <br /> bounds parcel located at 13296 Mississippi Road (C.S.A.H. No. 30). <br /> The current county road right of way along the property is 33 feet each side of centerline. <br /> The proposed county road right of way along the property is 50 feet each side of <br /> centerline. <br /> The proposed subdivision will consist of four lots. The frontages of the lots will be 83.5 <br /> feet(two lots), 126 feet and 87 feet. Each lot will be 180 feet in depth. An existing <br /> house and detached garage exist on the proposed 126 foot x 180 foot lot. <br /> A sanitary sewer line will be extended westerly from Gary Street to reach the four lots <br /> (reference utility plan). <br /> A water main will be constructed to connect water mains located at Gary Street and <br /> Joplin Street(reference utility plan). <br />
