A development plan is needed in accordance with requirements listed in Ordinance Sec. <br /> 78-503. -Stormwater and urban runoff control. and Sec. 78-504. - Post construction <br /> stormwater management. <br /> SP 15-04 United Methodist Church <br /> 1. The proposed raingarden should be protected from receiving run off from exposed <br /> areas during construction,unless the raingarden will be cleaned out when <br /> construction activity is completed. <br /> 2. The raingarden will need to be inspected routinely throughout the year by the <br /> property owner. Debris and accumulated sediment should be removed so the <br /> raingarden bottom doesn't become clogged. <br /> 3. Once the basin has lost half its volume capacity, sediment and debris needs to be <br /> removed. <br /> 4. The raingarden should not hold water for more than 48 hours if it's installed <br /> correctly and maintained. <br /> 5.
