Noise Ordinance — Sec. 46-36 <br />It is declared to be a public nuisance for any person to make <br />or assist in the making of any nuisance noise or any loud, <br />unnecessary or unusual sound or any sound which annoys, <br />disturbs or affects the comfort, repose, health, peace, or <br />safety of others in the city. <br />
