Officers made contact with the business owner, who gave us a tour of the <br />building, pointing out air intakes pointed east, enclosed NASCAR -style cells which have 6" <br />of sound protection around them, noise deflectors pointing down and north, and a 10' <br />extension on the building, which protects the south (from noise).
