WA Stfikethfoughs to be removed <br /> Underlines to be added <br /> City of <br /> Elk -�-� <br /> River <br /> Ordinance 15 - <br /> An Ordinance Amending Section, 58-37, entitled "Containers" of the City of Elk <br /> River, Minnesota, City Code. <br /> The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows: <br /> SECTION 1.That§ 58-37 (d) of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances shall be amended to <br /> read as follows: <br /> (d) Placement for collection. Where an alley open to traffic is available, each container for <br /> premises abutting the alley shall be placed at the rear of the property next to the alley. Where <br /> no alley exists, the container shall be placed neaf the feaf doof of the building to which i <br /> °e'er shall be placed on the driveway one (1) foot behind the curb/street edge <br /> with four (4) feet between containers. Containers shall be kept away from walls, <br /> fences, vehicles, and low-hanging tree limbs. at the ftent pfepefty line f6f eeiieetiefi-,+�ttt <br /> it Containers shall not be so placed before 7:00 p.m. the night before collection and shall be <br /> removed by 7:00 p.m. the day of collection., and the container shall be stored out of sight <br /> from neighboring properties and the street. <br /> SECTION 2.That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and be published as provided by <br /> law. <br /> Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 15th day of June, 2015. <br /> John J.
