Ms. Koehler stated during a meeting with staff that <br /> she would accept the $196,700 but not $178,000. <br /> <br />IT WAS THE CONSENSUS OF THE COUNCIL TO OFFER THE AMOUNT <br />OF $178,000 FOR THE PURCHASE OF THIS PROPERTY. <br /> <br />6. Other Business <br /> <br />Councilmember Dietz reported to council in regards to special assessments in the Boston <br />Concorde area. It may be in the best interest of everyone involved if the residents do <br />choose to sue the city. Staff and John have been brainstorming all possibilities and cannot <br />come up with a solution. Councilmember Dietz asked the council to give this some <br />thought. Councilmember Dietz will put together a letter to Mr. Longie. Also discussed was <br />the increased SAC charge. <br /> <br />7.
