5) The structure is in compliance with the Minnesota State Uniform Building Code. <br /> • 6) The provisions of §1301.050 of this Code are considered and satisfactorily met. <br /> 7) To continue to qualify for the elderly (senior citizen) housing classification, the owner <br /> or agency shall annually file with the City Clerk and the Zoning Administrator a certified <br /> copy of a monthly census of the residents of the dwelling structure, listing the number <br /> of tenants by age and clearly identifying and setting forth the relationship of all <br /> occupants under fifty-five (55) years of age to the other residents of the dwelling <br /> structure. (Ref. Ord. 881, 12/8/92) <br /> Subd. 5. Lot Requirements and Setbacks. The following minimum requirements shall be <br /> observed in a "B-5" District subject to additional requirements, exceptions and modifications set <br /> forth in this Code. <br /> a) Lot Area - None. <br /> b) Lot Width - None. <br /> c) Setbacks: <br /> 1) Front yards: None. <br /> §1303.160 ZONING CODE §1303.160 <br /> 2) Side yards: None. (Ref. Ord. No 813, 4/10/90) <br /> • 3) Rear yards: None. (Ref. Ord. No. 813, 4/10/90) <br /> Subd. 6. Building Requirements. <br /> a) Height. No structure shall exceed three (3) stories or thirty-six (36) feet, whichever is least, <br /> except as provided in Section 1302.040, Subd. 3 of this Code. <br /> b) Exterior Building Materials. This section identifies permitted building materials to be used in <br /> industrial building construction which are durable and long lasting. By identifying permitted <br /> building materials, high quality development is achieved in both visual and functional terms. <br /> 1) All exterior wall finishes shall be of consistent quality limited to one or a combination <br /> of the following: <br /> j.4\.i_r a. Face brick; <br /> t4„, S b. Natural stone; <br /> c. Decorative concrete block which is colored by pigment impregnated throughout <br /> the entire block; <br /> d. Cast in place concrete or pre-cast concrete panels which are colored by pigment <br /> impregnated throughout the entire panel per approval of an architectural <br /> • treatment by the Zoning Administrator; <br /> e. Stucco; <br /> 442 <br />
