Of those 1,267 lots, 465 <br /> (36.7%)were townhouses/twin homes and 802 (63.2%)were single family detached.Most <br /> of the lots are located within the Urban Service Area;municipal sewer and water is available <br /> to 979 (77%) of the lots.
