• Cities must acquire different streams of income to fund the program, such as <br /> developer fees <br /> • Each city must find its own niche to fill a need not being met by the private sector <br /> Mr. Thielman mentioned that he and Ms. Hulsebus would be willing to provide additional <br /> insight to the HRA if the HRA decides to development a housing program. <br /> Issue <br /> This month, Sheri Harris and Lisa Graphenteen of the Central MN Housing Partnership, <br /> Dan Roberts of Tri-CAP, and Vance Zehringer of the Sherburne County Chapter of Habitat <br /> for Humanity will present the HRA with information on how non-profit organizations assist <br /> cities in the area of housing. The issues of redevelopment,rehabilitation, and new <br /> construction of single family homes will be covered in the presentations.
