a. Masonry walls,in conjunction with a wrought iron fence,should be installed to no <br /> • more than two (2) feet above public side walk. <br /> b. Balconies and/or patios should utilize decorative metal railings which coordinate <br /> with the design and color scheme of the building. <br /> (12)Enclosures. <br /> Standards: <br /> a. Enclosures must be at least six(6) feet in height and provide full screening of <br /> equipment and dumpsters. <br /> b.
