DARLENE MARIE MACPHF�St}N i� Notary Public-MMi' Mta � � a My Commission Expires Jan 31, 2019 Rate Information: (1) Lowest classified rate paid by commercial users for comparable space: $23.00 per column inch Ad ID 396044 CITY OF ELK RAVER ORDINANCE 15 - 11 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6-94, REGARDING HOURS OF SALES FOR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER, MINNESOTA, CITY CODE The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1, That § 6-94 (a), 3.2 percent malt liquor of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances shall be amended to read as follows: No sale of 3.2 percent malt li- quor shall be made between 2:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on the days of Monday through Saturday, or be- tween 2:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on Sunday. SECTION 2. That § 6-94 (c), in- toxicating liquor, Sunday sales, on - sale of the City of Elk River Cade of Ordinances shall be amended to read as follows: Sales of intoxicating liquor for consumption on the premises by hotels, restaurants, bowling cen- ters, or clubs which have on -sale licenses and which also have fa- cilities for serving riot less than 30 guests at one time shall be per- mitted between the hours of 8:00 a.m. on Sundays and 2:00 a.m. on Mondays in conjunction with the serving of food, provided that the licensee is in conformance with the Minnesota Indoor Clean Air Act, An establishment serving intoxicating liquor on Sunday must obtain a Sunday license. A Sunday license shall be issued for a one-year pe- riod running from July 1 to June 30 and shall be subject to all provi- sions of this chapter. SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and be published as provided by law. Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 18th day of May, 2015. John J.
