After narrowing <br />down the choices and after much consideration of the front Flowerbed of the city s <br />library, I selected it for its location, varying wind speeds, and vegetation. The build's <br />clean contemporary lines and the sculpture's design and motion will complement <br />each other. Set against the building and near Orono Lake, the motion and sound of <br />
