The variances requested are for more than 2 accessory structures <br /> and to exceed the 3500 square feet allowed for accessory structures. <br /> Even though the applicant considers the greenhouse a temporary structure, <br /> the greenhouse is considered an accessory building because it will require a <br /> building permit for construction.
