A 20 <br /> foot setback is required. The property is flat with a United Power easement <br /> bisecting the property into a front portion and a rear portion. The existing <br /> house and attached garage are located in the center of the lot in front of the <br /> easement; the proposed garage will be located to the west of the house, also <br /> in front of the easement.
