The applicant is requesting a <br /> sign that is twice as high and twice as large as what is allowed. The <br /> maximum height allowed is 20 feet, the applicant is proposing 40 feet. The <br /> maximum size allowed is 64 square feet, the applicant is proposing 128 <br /> square feet. The applicant claims that the variance is needed so that the sign <br /> can be visible from Highway 10. <br /> The building in which the applicant is located also contains the True Value <br /> • Hardware store and a print shop.
