The proximity of this development to <br /> Lake Orono subjects the development to the Shoreland Ordinances drafted by <br /> the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. The Shoreland Ordinance <br /> has specific density criteria for development within each of the tiers (see <br /> • attached map) adjacent to the lake.
