RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Elk River that the streets hereinafter described should be designated Municipal State Aid Streets under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1967 Chapter 162: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Elk River that the streets described as follows, to-wit: MSAS NO. STREET FROM TO 101 Proctor Ave. U.S. 10 Main Street. 102 Lowell Ave. U.S. 10 Main Street 103 King Ave. U.S. 10 Main Street 104 Jackson Ave. U.S. 10 Main Street 105 4th Street U.S. 10 Main Street 106 Railroad Drive T.H. 201 Main Street 107 School Street Proctor Ave. U.S. 169 108 Irving Ave. Railroad Dr. School Street 109 Evans Ave. Main Street School Street 110 193rd St. & Highland Rd. CSAH 1 T.H. 201 111 Tyler Ave, 175th St. & Fillmore Ave. U.S. 10 CSAH 12 113 Orono Rd. & Main St. U.S. 10 CSAH 13 114 Tyler & Smith Ave. CSAH 13 CSAH 21 be, and hereby is established, located, and designated as Municipal State Aid Streets of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of said road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, improved and maintained as Municipal State Aid Streets of the City of Elk River, to be numbered as listed above.
