• RESOLUTION 82-15 <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PARKING TIME LIMITS <br /> IN A MUNICIPAL LOT NORTH OF THE BURLINGTON <br /> NORTHERN RAILROAD LINE AND EAST OF JACKSON STREET <br /> WHEREAS, Section 1100.10 of the Elk River City Code of Ordinances titled "Parking <br /> Regulations" permits the City Council to establish by resolution, parking <br /> regulations; and, <br /> WHEREAS, The City Council deems it desirable to have parking regulations established <br /> on the municipal lot north of the Burlington Northern Railroad line, east <br /> of Jackson Street, south of Railroad Drive, and west of Irving Avenue. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River that the <br /> municipal parking lot located north of Burlington Northern Railroad line, <br /> east of Jackson Avenue, south of Railroad Drive, and west of Irving Avenue <br /> be regulated as follows: <br /> 1.
