The applicant is proposing to plat 18 <br />single family lots and leave 21 acres as open space. <br /> <br />The 39 acre site contains a single family house and three accessory <br />structures. The topography of the property is varied. The western half of the <br />site is rolling hills and the eastern half lowlands.
