......... .~c,,~e.a~l AUTHORITY STAT'ION AREA PLANNING (RPS) <br /> <br />Deliverable: <br /> <br />A portion to this meeting will deal with a presentation by the consultant team, <br />showing examples of other TOD projects across the nation and outlining the <br />issues regarding TOD potential for the Northstar Corridor. <br /> <br />Text, graphic handouts, slide presentation, explanation of work methodologies <br />and project schedules. <br /> <br />Percentage Project Fee/Cost (2.81%) <br /> <br />$2,250 <br /> <br />5.0.2 <br />Methodology: <br /> <br />Communication Program ~ <br /> IBI Group will produce an outline of communication strategies that will clearly <br /> articulate the public outreach program as it relates to scheduled stakeholder <br /> workshops and public open houses. This report will also reference the production <br /> of other collateral presentation materials - workshop and open house graphics, <br /> newsletters, possible web page materials, etc. - that will serve to inform the <br /> larger public of our collective 'goals and objectives'. <br /> <br />Deliverable: <br /> <br />A written report with graphic illustrations of sample collateral materials for <br />approval by the management team. <br /> <br />Percentage Project Fee/Cost (3.28%) <br /> <br />$2,625 <br /> <br />5.0.3 On-going Reporting <br />Methodology: Throughout the course of the project, follow-up meetings and other benchmark <br /> events will be packaged as 'progress reports' to enable the management team to <br /> clearly assess the project's progress. These 'progress reports' will for the basis of <br /> the final report, at the project's end. <br /> <br />Deliverable: <br /> <br />A series of up-date reports, as required. <br /> <br />Percentage Project Fee/Cost (3.9I %) <br /> <br />$3,125 <br /> <br />5.0.4 Final Report <br /> <br />Methodology: <br /> <br />Deliverable: <br /> <br />As referenced above,' the reporting will be 'additive'. Benchmark reports will be <br />produced following a predetermined graphic format to enable their incorporation <br />into an easily assembled final report. <br />The final report will consist of the aforementioned 'progress reports', diagrams, <br />maps, photographs, etc., along with an executive summary of key study <br />recommendations regarding both 'process' and 'product'.
