Some of these projects are very high <br />priorities, but no funds are currently available to finance the project. The <br />projects listed can, and most likely will, change in scope from the initial <br />discussions depending on the perceived need for the project, the priorities of <br />the City Council, and the amount of funds available. It is anticipated that as <br />a project gets closer to being undertaken, it would be moved to a specific CIP <br />year during the annual update of the CIP. Nonetheless, any of the projects <br />listed in the non-programmed category could happen in any year based on <br />action by the City Council. <br /> <br /> <br />
