The Master <br /> II Planning process ensures that any development within the park is <br /> appropriate and aligned with the overall objectives of the Master <br /> Park and Recreation Plan. <br /> iSite Description <br /> Woodland Trails Park is a 160 acre parcel of natural , diverse <br />',I , landscape. The park is located three miles northwest of downtown <br /> Elk River, adjacent to and north of the Elk River Golf Course. <br /> The eastern border of the park is adjacent to the City owned <br /> II railroad trail , that will eventually serve as a primary walking <br /> and biking trail . The north and west sides of the park are <br /> adjacent to large lot residences. The park is landlocked, except <br /> I for a 66' wide road easement at the southwest corner of the site, <br /> connecting to County Road 1 near County Road 32 .
