Grading/ Drainage <br />Storm water is a major issue on the site that has not yet been resolved. Refer to items 9 -20 on the <br />Comment Letter dated April 17, 2015. <br />Landscaping <br />Again, while a reduction in setbacks is the intended product of the PUD zoning, the overall goal of a high <br />quality front yard and street scape must be established. It is typical that the building design and <br />landscaping be enhanced over the minimum standards to meet the overall goal. <br />The applicant is proposing planting 33 new trees along the western and northern portions of the <br />property.
