The Elk River City Council has accepted the invitation <br /> from the Recreation Board to attend this 4/5/89 Recreation Board <br /> meeting to discuss Park and Recreation priorities/wish list. <br /> Attached for your information are the 3/1/89 Recreation Board <br /> minutes as prepared by Rolfe Anderson. The City Councilmembers <br /> are encouraged to closely review these minutes, especially item <br /> #4 , which relates to Park and Recreation priorities as discussed <br /> by the Recreation Board. Also attached for your review is the <br /> parks section of the Growth Management Plan and the Parks and <br /> Recreation budget pages from the 1989 General Fund Budget. I <br /> hope that this information will assist everybody in preparation <br /> for the discussion between the Recreation Board and the City <br /> Council on Park and Recreation priorities/wish list.
