(01) MPCA Solid Waste Permit No. 74, as modified and reissued in 1997 and <br />which specifically authorized Cells 12 and 13 of the Landfill; <br /> <br /> (02) the current Sherburne County solid waste landfill license issued to the <br />Licensee; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />(03) the conditional use permit, as amended, issued by the City for the Landfill; <br /> <br /> (04) this License. <br /> <br /> Provided, however, that the entire Landfill shall have a final elevation of no more <br />than 1120 feet above MSL based on 5H: 1V slopes, and including final cover, as <br />provided in the Long Term Development Plan dated March 1997, and as revised on April <br />15, 1997.
