His resignation is attached <br /> <br />Kendal Slade "Bud" Houlton has expressed interest in the HPC and is willing to serve. <br />Mr. Houlton originally submitted an application and then withdrew it when he learned <br />there were eight applicants for a seven member Commission. <br /> <br />Staff recommends the Council appoint Bud Houlton to serve out Robert Minton's <br />term on the Heritage Preservation Commission, which expires on the last day of <br />February 2001. <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
