Memo to the City Council/GP00-4 <br />March 20, 2000 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />4800 square feet. The proposed location is in the parking lot near the south <br />side of the building facade and will displace 26 parking spaces. The location <br />does not disrupt traffic flow nor does it create any parking problems. The <br />garden center has been located in the same location for the past three years <br />with out any problems. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />It is recommended that the City Council approve Cub Food's request for a <br />General Planning Permit to allow a temporary greenhouse/garden center <br />with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That if traffic becomes a problem around the temporary site, the sales <br /> area shall be delineated with a barrier to restrict traffic. <br /> <br />2. That the greenhouse/garden center be maintained free of debris and <br /> kept in an orderly condition. <br /> <br />3. That the location of the greenhouse be consistent with the submitted <br /> site plan. <br /> <br />That the greenhouse and display area be removed within one week of <br />the end of the sales period and the site be returned to its previous <br />condition. <br /> <br />documentl <br /> <br /> <br />
