(my other hat) <br />I will try to call you tomorrow sometime. <br />The discussion regarding the message board is if you could remove the message board (or other) to comply with <br />city requirements and comply with corporate requirements, a variance would not be needed to accomplish this. <br />Corporate requirements are not a reason to grant variances but if that is your reasoning to be granted one, we <br />need to be able to show the Board of Adjustments what corporate requires specifically for sign size, height, and <br />content. <br />I have a meeting mid - morning and another mid - afternoon.
