After determining that <br />the application was complete, staff conducted a thorough site plan review on March 6, 2015. <br />Through this review, staff requests clarity on two items: <br />1. Please confirm if the blank white area as shown on the Monument Elevation will be removed. <br />2. The basis for your argument, and the need for a variance, is that the additional signage is required <br />by corporate policy. Elk River is home to a number of franchises and corporate regional offices, <br />all of whom answer to city ordinances and requirements.
