The total area for the garden center operation is 3200 square <br />feet. <br /> <br />The proposed location is in the southwest corner of the parking lot along <br />Evans Street and will displace about 16 parking spaces. The location will not <br />disrupt traffic flow nor does it create any parking problems. The garden <br />center has been located in the same location for the past five years with out <br />any problems. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />It is recommended that the City Council approve Cub Food's request for a <br />General Planning Permit to allow a temporary greenhouse/garden center <br />with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That if traffic becomes a problem around the temporary site, the sales <br /> area shall be delineated with a barrier to restrict traffic. <br /> <br />2. That the greenhouse/garden center be maintained free of debris and <br /> kept in an orderly condition. <br /> <br />3.
