• <br /> CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 80- 19 <br /> CONSTRUCTION BIDS <br /> PINEWOOD ADDITION <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 80- 16 ordering the advertisement for bid <br /> for the designated improvements for Pinewood Addition, for storm sewer and streets, <br /> said bids were received on the 11th day of August , 1980, opened and tabulated <br /> according to law and the following three lowest bids were received complying with <br /> the advertisement: <br /> N.D.H. , Inc. $39,747.00 <br /> Buffalo Bituminous, Inc. $47,931.00 <br /> C & H Contracting, Inc. $49,989.50 <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that N.D.H. , Inc. of Anoka, Minnesota is the lowest <br /> responsible bidder; <br /> • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Elk River City Council as follows: <br /> 1. The Mayor and the City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> enter into a contract with N.D.H. , Inc. of Anoka, Minnesota for the desig- <br /> nated improvements. <br /> 2. The Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all <br /> bidders the deposits made with their bids, except the three lowest responsible <br /> bidders. When a contract is duly executed the deposits of the two remaining <br /> unsuccessful bidders will be returned.
