Housing and Redevelopment Minutes <br />February 2, 2015 <br />Motion carried 5 -0. <br />S. Open Forum <br />Page 2 <br />Julianne Will, 11508 190th Lane NW, presented information about her non -profit <br />clothing exchange (Molly's World). She stated that the purpose of her attendance <br />was to make the HRA aware of her need to find donated or very low cost space in <br />order to continue her operation. She stated that she had over 2,000 clients last year <br />and she would like to find a way to continue to help people meet their needs for <br />good useable clothing and personal items. Mr. Barnhart stated that staff will work <br />with Ms. Will to find a location through the city's connections with developers and <br />property owners. <br />6. Public Hearings - None <br />7.1 Annual Meeting Election of Officers and Establish Terms <br />Motion by Commissioner Kuester and seconded by Commissioner Burandt to <br />elect Stewart Wilson HRA Chair. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />Motion by Commissioner Chuba and seconded by Commissioner Kuester to <br />elect Larry Toth HRA Vice - Chair. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />Motion by Commissioner Toth and seconded by Commissioner Chuba to <br />elect Louise Kuester HRA Secretary. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />7.2 Reading of Financial Condition <br />Mr. Barnhart read the HRA financial condition, noting that the unaudited December <br />31, 2014 cash reserves balance was $1,176,709.00. <br />7.3 Annual Report <br />Mr. Barnhart reviewed his memo regarding the HRA annual report for 2014, <br />including an update on the Housing TIF Policy, Property Assessed Clean Energy <br />Program (PACE), and the HRA Owner- Occupied Rehabilitation Policies and <br />Procedures. <br />7.4 Consideration of Staff Assignments from Strategic Plan <br />Mr. Barnhart asked that the HRA identify what needs they feel are not being met. <br />He suggested the HRA hold a workshop to discuss this issue further, so that these <br />needs can be identified and included in an update of the Strategic Plan. <br />Commissioner Kuester suggested that the area on Proctor Avenue across from <br />Beaudry Express be looked at. Chair Wilson suggested they look at geographic areas <br />INATUREI <br />�OrEAE1 or <br />
