Access to CSAH 1 will be approved for the proposed 196th
Avenue NW with the following' conditions:
1. Access for 196th Av'enue NW must alig-n with the access to the west and create a four legged
intersection at CSAH 1.
2. Pay the required permit and sig-nage fees $850 necessary to meet our standards.
3. We require the construction of a full right turn on CSAH 1 for 196th Avenue.
4. We require that the existing right of way (highway easement) along CSAH 1 be dedicated in
fee title to Sherburne County.
5. Any proposed utility construction in our right of way will require a permit from our office.
The developer is responsible for all costs associated with the construction of the access and right turn
lane, which includes but is not limited to, relocation of the trail, modification of the storm sewer system,
removal and replacement of Curbing and turf establishment. Construction of the turn lane and trail must
match our typical sections as defined in our project 71-601-15.

If you have questions or comments call me at 763-241-7013.

Sincerely,

Richard D.
