Box 266 <br />Elk River, MN 55330 <br /> <br />RE: Conditional Use Permit Case No. CU 94-13, CU 95-12 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Dickenson: <br /> <br />The City of Elk River inspected the Dickenson Bus Garage on June 16,2000 <br />for conformance with the approved conditional use permit and approved <br />plans. In 1998, the City inspected the property for compliance with CU 95-12 <br />and at that time found that the curb and gutter and paving had been <br />completed for the new parking / hard surfaced area. Since that time, we have <br />become aware that several conditions of conditional use permit CU 94-13 <br />have not yet been completed. The conditions that appear incomplete area as <br />follows: <br /> <br />THREE STAGGERED ROWS OF SCOTCH PINE WITH A 15 FOOT SPACING BE <br />PLACED ALONG THE WESTERN PROPERTY LINE WITH ONE ROW BEING <br />SITUATED WITHIN THE CITY HIKING TRAIL RIGHT-OF-WAY. (ONLY THE <br />SINGLE ROW HAS BEEN INSTALLED). <br /> <br />2.
