Six applications were distributed <br />and /or requested at the events. <br />CMHP is currently verifying two projects: 606 Jefferson Lane NW — bids received and forwarded to <br />owners, owners reviewing to select contractor and 420 Main Street NW — owners reviewing draft scope <br />of work. Three projects are ready for construction pending repayment agreements from the HRA. All <br />projects require a lead -based paint assessment which may increase the scope and cost scope of the <br />projects. <br />Staff continues to monitor rehabilitation activities and will continue partnering with CMHP on upcoming <br />informational meetings. <br />Financial Impact <br />None <br />Attachments <br />■ CMHP Monthly Report dated 3.27.2015 <br />NATURE <br />
